Terms & Clarifications

Scope of Services

All entertainment production, themed event consultancy, and experiential marketing campaigns are delivered as described in the signed project brief. Any additional requests outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately and require written approval before execution.

Creative Interpretation

UFOConfusion retains full creative control over the thematic direction, visual identity, and narrative elements of each project. Client feedback is incorporated during scheduled review phases; last-minute changes may affect timelines and budget.

Liability & Force Majeure

UFOConfusion is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, strikes, or government restrictions. In such cases, we will work with the client to reschedule or adapt the event where possible.

Intellectual Property

All original concepts, designs, scripts, and production materials created by UFOConfusion remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients receive a license to use the final deliverables for their intended purpose only.

Payment & Cancellation

A 50% deposit is required to secure booking. The balance is due seven days before the event date. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event are non-refundable. All fees are exclusive of VAT and any applicable taxes.

Absolutely. We manage the full lifecycle: concept development, set design, talent coordination, vendor management, and on-site execution. Our team ensures every detail aligns with your theme and goals.
